At AppMySite, we aim to provide a clear and hassle-free experience for our users when it comes to subscription cancellation. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you understand our cancellation policy and the process involved.

Cancellation process

When you decide to cancel your subscription with AppMySite, the process is designed to ensure a smooth transition.

Steps to downgrade your subscription:

  • Log in to your AppMySite account.

  • Navigate to the App Dashboard.

  • Click on the "Upgrade" option in the Subscription card.

  • You will be redirected to the Pricing Page.

  • Select the Preview plan to initiate the downgrade.

Continue usage till the end of your billing cycle

After initiating the cancellation, you'll be able to use the subscribed features and services until the end of your billing cycle. This ensures that you can continue to make the most of your subscription until the transition is complete.

Switching to other plans

AppMySite's cancellation policy is structured to offer you a seamless experience while switching to another plan or canceling your subscription altogether. Here's what you can expect regarding the billing cycle and downgrade process:

  • Monthly Plans: For users on monthly subscription plans, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle. You'll have access to your current plan's features until the end of the cycle.

  • Annual Plans: Users with annual subscription plans will experience the same process. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current annual billing cycle, allowing you to utilize your subscription benefits until then.
