### What to do if something is not working?

If you are facing an issue where a feature or function in your app is not working, the best way to resolve it is to contact our support team. Follow these steps to reach out support team when you face an error in your app:

**Step 1: Go to the support form**

**Step 2: Share details of the issue**

* Clearly describe the issue you are encountering.
* Include your app details, screenshots, and any error messages if available.

**Step 3: Submit the form**

* Once you submit the form, our support team will review your request and get back to you.
