# Account locked

### What if my account is locked?

If you find that your account is locked and you have lost access to your account, follow these steps:

#### Reset your password

* Click on the "Forgot Password" option on the Sign-In screen.
* Enter your registered email address.
* You will receive a link in your email to reset the password.
* Click on the link and set a new password.

#### Contact support

* If you're unable to regain control through the password reset, promptly contact our support team.
