My last payment failed, how can I pay now?

If your last payment attempt failed, AppMySite will automatically retry charging your card to ensure uninterrupted service. However, if you wish to update your payment method to a different card and complete the payment manually, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your account

  • Login to your AppMySite account using your registered credentials.

Step 2: Go to your profile

  • From the My Apps screen, click on user profile from the top menu.

Step 3: Access the billing section

  • Click on the Billing option from the menu.

  • You will see a list of all your Subscriptions on this screen.

  • Click on the Update option in the Payment Method column.

  • Enter and save your new card details to authorize payment.

Once updated, our system will retry the charge using the new card details.
