Failed payment
My last payment failed, how can I pay now?
If your last payment attempt failed, AppMySite will automatically retry charging your card to ensure uninterrupted service. However, if you wish to update your payment method to a different card and complete the payment manually, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your account
Login to your AppMySite account using your registered credentials.
Step 2: Go to your profile
From the My Apps screen, click on user profile from the top menu.
Step 3: Access the billing section
Click on the Billing option from the menu.
You will see a list of all your Subscriptions on this screen.
Click on the Update option in the Payment Method column.
Enter and save your new card details to authorize payment.
Once updated, our system will retry the charge using the new card details.
You can update your card details anytime under the Billing > Payment method tab. Once updated, AppMySite will automatically retry the failed payment using the new card.
