# Payment failure

### What happens to my customer’s apps when I stop paying for my agency subscription?

If your agency subscription is not renewed, your plan will automatically downgrade to the free tier at the end of the current billing cycle.

Your mobile app will automatically start displaying AppMySite branding while on the Preview plan.

Once you resume payment and upgrade, all your customer's apps will regain full functionality and the AppMySite branding will be removed automatically.
