Facing difficulties logging in? Here are a few common scenarios and their solutions: #### Forgotten password * Click on the "Forgot Password" button on the Sign-In screen. * Enter your registered email address. * Follow the link sent to your email to reset the password. * Set a new password on the redirected screen. #### Lost Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) device * If you enabled TFA and lost your device, use the recovery codes provided during TFA setup. * Enter the 6-digit recovery code on the TFA screen from another device to restore access. #### Lost access to connected email * If you've lost access to your connected email account: * Contact our support team for assistance. * Use this link to reach out to our support team: * If you're still facing issues, our support team is here to help.
