Invoice details issue
Why are details not appearing correctly on my invoice?
If your subscription invoice details are incorrect or incomplete, follow these steps to address the issue:
Step 1: Log in to your account
Login to your AppMySite account using your registered credentials
Step 2: Go to your profile
From the My Apps screen, click on user profile from the top menu.
Step 3: Access the billing section
Click on the Billing option from the menu.
You will see a list of all your Subscriptions on this screen.
Click on the Billing details tab.
Updates to billing details will not retroactively apply to past invoices. The changes you make to the billing details will apply to all upcoming invoices.
Step 4: Update your billing details
Update your billing details to ensure the correct details are reflected on future invoices.
Click Save when you are done.
Step 5: Understand Invoice limitations
Previous invoices cannot be re-generated or updated with the corrected details.
Ensure your billing details are accurate before the next invoice cycle begins to avoid further discrepancies.
By following these steps, you can ensure your subscription invoice reflects the correct details moving forward.
