# Ad options

### What kind of ads can be shown on my app?

AppMySite enables you to display ads from any ad network, including Google AdMobs.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/pvyWmyLJp331gyFak9px" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* To display ads via Google AdMob, link your Admob account to your app.&#x20;
* You can display banner ads, interstitial ads, and app open ads.
* If you’d like to display ads from an ad network besides Google AdMobs, you can use the Custom Script option.&#x20;
* After selecting this option, paste the script of the ad network you’d like to show ads from.&#x20;

Once you save your monetization settings, your app will automatically show ads from your preferred ad network. You can change the settings of your app anytime. The changes will be reflected in the app in real-time.&#x20;

To configure ads in your app, follow the guide below:

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.appmysite.com/frequently-asked-questions/monetization/ad-options.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
