I was charged even after downgrading my plan? What to do?
If you have been charged even after downgrading your plan, ensure that you have completed all the steps involved in downgrading your plan.
Downgrade to the free plan before the renewal date. If you downgrade on the day of renewal, you’ll still be charged as the billing process would have already started.
Steps to downgrade your subscription:
Log in to your AppMySite account.
Navigate to the App Dashboard.
Click on the "Upgrade" option in the Subscription card.
You will be redirected to the Pricing Page.
Select the Preview plan to initiate the downgrade.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, it will automatically be downgraded to the free Preview plan.
If the issue persists, contact the billing team for assistance.
