I was charged even after downgrading my plan? What to do?

If you have been charged even after downgrading your plan, ensure that you have completed all the steps involved in downgrading your plan.

Steps to downgrade your subscription:

  • Log in to your AppMySite account.

  • Open the App Dashboard.

  • Click on the "Upgrade" option.

  • Select the Preview plan to initiate the downgrade.
