### How to test the .APK file on a real Android device?

You can install the APK file on an Android device to test your app’s functionality before publishing it to the Google Play Store. Follow the steps below to install and test your APK file.

#### **Step 1: Download the APK file**

* Navigate to [**Download**](https://app.appmysite.com/app/download) from the side menu.
* Once the build is generated, click Download APK to download the file.

#### **Step 2: Transfer the file to your mobile device**

* If you downloaded the APK file on a computer, transfer it to your Android device using email, USB, or any file transfer method.
* If you downloaded it directly on your Android device, proceed to the next step.

#### **Step 3: Enable installation from unknown sources**

* Open Settings on your Android device.
* Go to Security > Device Administration > Unknown Sources.
* Turn on the toggle for Unknown Sources to allow app installation from sources other than the Google Play Store.
