# Whitelist in Solid Security

### How to whitelist AppMySite in Solid Security?

If you are unable to establish connectivity between your website and app because of the Solid security plugin, follow these steps to whitelist the AppMySite IP address:

* Log into your WordPress admin panel.
* In the WordPress dashboard, go to the “Security”< “Settings” menu on the left-hand side.
* On the iThemes Security page, find the Global Settings module and click on the “Configure Settings” button.
* Scroll down to find the “Lockout Whitelist” section.
* Submit the IP address. Follow the guide below for IP values:

{% content-ref url="/pages/4vC5j81PmlJZizR4BTaJ" %}
[Whitelist IP Addresses](/app/connectivity/wordpress-connectivity/whitelist-ip-addresses.md)
{% endcontent-ref %}

After entering the IP address, click “Save Settings” to apply the whitelist.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.appmysite.com/app/connectivity/wordpress-connectivity/whitelist-ip-addresses/whitelist-in-solid-security.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
